Youth Pitcher Development Program
A common misconception within the baseball community is that throwing improves arm strength. In reality, throwing only breaks down the arm, meaning the time to strengthen your arm is off the field. The off-season in particular is one of the best times to do this as throwing is limited. This non-throwing baseball camp is designed to help strengthen the arm and body to rebuild from the previous season & protect against the upcoming one. Players will be led through a variety of exercises and drills designed to “bullet-proof” their arms. In these 1hr sessions, players will work to improve arm, core, & lower body strength & stability. Players will also perform non-throwing drill work to improve pitching-related skills and mechanical efficiency to reduce stress on the throwing arm.
