Brief list of your bio before training with Dom?

Mostly cardio workouts. Very little weights. Weighed around 140. My weight remained the same. No real improvement.

What sparked the change?

Wanted to be more fit and active for my boys. Also, as I approach 50 I wanted to be in the best shape possible for me

From old you to new you.

Started at over 22% body fate and weighed 140. Now I weigh 130 and am at 18.3% body fat.

Reward you get out of it every day/benefit?

Stronger, more energy. Feel more positive. I am more active with my kids. Overall feeling of confidence.

Sum up the journey with Dom thus far?

I started working out with Dom in Oct 14. He is a great motivator. He pushes me a little further each training to help me achieve my goal. He understands where I want to be and is providing me with the tools and the knowledge to get me there. It is never the same training; he always does something different to keep things fresh. I actually look forward to my workouts with him and I know I would not have gotten this far without his help.
