Pro is the best gym I have ever invested in. All of the trainers are like family to me, and it is a place I go to work on myself and leave feeling refreshed every time. I have been training at gyms like Pro for 7 years now and have never been to a gym where each member has unique treatment suited to their needs. The trainers and workouts are written to each individual’s skills and strengths. When I graduate, leaving Pro is going to be what I am most sad about. 10/10 experience. I suggest doing individual or group training with Ryan and his staff to everyone I meet on a fitness journey.


My team found pro when we were looking to build our program and become more competitive. I was interested in seeing how the group training would go because we had girls on our team who had never lifted before and then we had Division I athletes and competitive gymnasts who grew up lifting. I was extremely impressed how Ryan and his staff were able to modify every workout to the needs of each athlete. I can confidently say that my team has improved in strength, speed, and agility because of the programs written for us and our team’s chemistry has also grown significantly because we spend so much time at pro together. Every teammate of mine on the WVU Women’s Club Lacrosse Team feels that they have become better athletes because of the workouts and staff at Pro Performance and it will forever be a part of our program going forward.
