Kimberly Zaph

West Virginia native Kimberly A. B. Zaph, MS, CSCS, ACSM EP-C, began her passion for fitness and wellness in high school by participating in multiple sports and working part-time as a dance instructor.  While earning her Masters in Exercise Physiology at West Virginia University, she was a principle dancer for the Orchesis Modern Dance Company and was named a UDA All-American as a member of WVU Dance Team. She holds numerous nationally recognized fitness certifications and has served in leadership roles for the ACE, ACSM and was a two-term State Director for the NSCA (2003 Director of the Year). Throughout her professional career, Kimberly has worked locally, regionally and nationally serving as a leader in the fitness industry and managing corporate wellness programs to helping people improve their quality of life and achieve their health, fitness and wellness goals.

In addition to serving as the Director of Group Fitness and Fit Club at Pro Performance, Kimberly works as a Continuing Education Provider and Subject Matter Expert for the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and as Adjunct Faculty for the WVU College of Physical Activity and Sports Sciences. She enjoys providing fitness/wellness services for various types of clientele and continues her passion for fitness by teaching a diverse combination of group fitness classes. She wants every participant at Pro Performance to experience the joy of movement!
