John Starkey is a graduate of West Virginia University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration. After helping several of his friends reach their fitness goals, he changed gears and decided to pursue a career in fitness. John became a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council of Exercise in hopes of helping others to reach their fitness goals. John works with people of all age groups and believes that fitness is the key to a long, healthy life.
