FIT CLUB is now available at PRO!  With our 30 MINUTE WORKOUTS, losing weight and getting fit has never been so easy. Fit Club is designed to maximize the bodies metabolism and strength for every level of fitness. So no matter if your’re a beginner or an athlete, Fit Club is your key to quick success.

  • Fit Club is 30 minutes to Fitness
  • Three 30 minute small group workouts a week
  • Workouts are designed to maximize your body’s effort to make sure you get the results you need from a fitness program
  • Our trainers will help guide you through nutrition and motivation to make sure you get results
  • Mylan Park classes are Monday, Wednesday & Friday at at 7am and 7:30am 
  • Pierpont classes are Monday, Tuesday & Thursday at 9am and 12:15pm AND Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday at 6am, 7am and 4pm
