We offer strength and conditioning for all sports, athletes in any discipline and even for non-athletes.
Pro Elite offers group classes which are intense, insightful, and exciting for all ages. Whether you are looking for an education class to teach your young athlete the importance of strength training, a high school 2nd string player looking to earn a starting role, or an out of shape former athlete looking for a gym experience that consists of more than bench press and crunches, PRO Elite Classes have what you need.
The classes are developed around your specific team, sport and needs. Each sport has its individual demands and requirements. If you have a group of athletes (minimum of 6), we can create a group and specific time to train those athletes.
We follow three basic movement principles. 1) First move well, then move often. 2) Protect, correct, and develop. 3) Create systems that enforce your philosophy.
For more detailed information, see our full Training Philosophy.
We do an analysis that is a ranking and grading system that documents movement patterns that are key to normal function. By screening these patterns, the FMS readily identifies functional limitations and asymmetries. These are issues that can reduce the effects of functional training and physical conditioning and distort body awareness.
