OVERVIEW

6 week workout plan designed to help you lose weight and build lean muscle. These workouts will include weight training, cardio and core exercises. At the end of these 6 weeks you will feel confident going into summer in great shape.

What’s included

  1. 5 workouts per week to build lean muscle and shed fat
  2. Cardio routine to enhance weight loss and get you in shape
  3. Core routine to give you a flat toned stomach
  4. Access to the Train Heroic app to track your workouts and get videos of each exercise
  5. Access to the Eat This Much app to track your meals, count your calories and macros
  6. Weekly texts, emails, calls, and group chats to keep you accountable and answer any questions you may have
